FORUM: Stronger Together for Parents, Educators, and the Community

Join us to Become “Stronger Together”

Public education in Florida is at a critical moment, and communities across the state are coming together to respond. On April 18, Support Our Schools invites parents, educators, students, and community members to a full-day forum focused on protecting and strengthening public education. The event is made possible by the cosponsorship of Families for Strong Public Schools, Florida PTA, SEE Alliance, SRQ Parents United, and the UU of Sarasota Social Justice Committee.

This event will bring together local advocates and nationally recognized voices to explore the challenges facing our public schools and to share practical strategies for organizing and advocacy. This day will feature keynote speakers Jennifer Berkshire and Sue Woltanski, a parent panel on effective organizing, a lunchtime presentation from student and youth organizer Zander Moricz, and breakout sessions focused on empowering parents and supporting educators.

Whether you are a parent, teacher, student, or community member who cares about the future of public schools, this forum is an opportunity to learn, connect, and take action alongside others who share that commitment.

Register today to reserve your spot and be part of the conversation.
